After a good night's rest, we have to retrace our route back to Queenstown and then on to Twizel...a very long journey. Guess who's driving today? Hint: All the passengers are safely buckled up the moment I step into the car!

We stopped by the AJ Hackett Bungy place to watch people jump off a bridge with a rope tied around their ankles. My son wanted to have a go but changed his mind when he saw the price - it's NZD100.

Stopped for lunch at Cromwell, a pleasant town.
Arrived at Mountain Chalets Motel in Twizel. It was drizzling but we rented some bicycles and went for a ride anyway.
